Plastic Comb Binding
The traditional method used for “in-house” presentations, Comb provides a style of binding ideal for all types of documents that need updating.
This distinctive method means that, even after binding, you can amend any document by simply opening and closing the prongs of the comb.
Documents also lay flat for convenient reading, photocopying, note taking and offer the flexibility of binding from just a few pages up to 450 sheets.
Customising Solutions:
You can also overprint combs with any details or titles that you want and when complimented with customised covers this system can ensure that your document "Stands out from the crowd"

Our Machine range:
Depending on the volume of documents that you produce, we can offer a comprehensive range of equipment from a basic manual machines, to electric office machines through to large print production models.
It is important to note that our office machines come with the option to adjust the binding margin according to the size of your document.
For effective readability and page rotation, simpy opt for the "thin" margin for smaller documents. For larger documents, where the weight of the document on an individual page is greater, opt for a wider margin to give your individual pages that extra strength.
Wire binding
Wire binding is emerging as our most popular binding system for the corporate and professional market. Creating a contemporary and professional image for their documents.
Wire binding provides a secure, long lasting, and stylish bind, combining the strength of wire and the convenience of 360 degrees flat page opening.
In addition the pages are bound so securely that they won’t fall out and the documents maintain their neat appearance for the lifetime of the information.

Our Machine range:

In the office machine range, the Highly efficient design layout of the Renz brand of machines makes assembling a wire document quick and effective.
Their vertical punching for improved paper jogging coupled with an inbuilt wire holder ensure quick and easy assembly of the document.

Fastback™ binding
Fastback™ binding is quick, easy and economical.
A completely automatic and user friendly binding system, that eliminates the need to punch and bind in separate operations.
Simply insert your document into the machine and let the Fastback™ machine do the rest.
Pages are gripped and bound by a specially formulated thermoplastic strip, resulting in great looking, hard working documents that open out flat and stack neatly.
It is the only fully automated binding system for the office market that will assemble documents from 1 to 350 sheets in just 20 seconds.
The choice of finished documents ranges from Soft-covers, wrap-around covers to Hard back books.
Unlike conventional styles of binding, many additional features can be added to this system, to enhance the finished document. Features such as spine printing, perfect back covers and wrap around covers can all be purchased. With a range of machines available, there are systems to suit every requirement.

Surebinding™ Binding
Create tamper proof documents with strips that are Heat welded for added security.
Originally developed for legal and accountancy firms, their usage has now extended to any business that needs completely tamper-proof documents.
Two plastic strips literally lock the pages in place by welding the two halves of the strips together. The unique Surebind ™ range uses strip technology to produce classically elegant, durable, and tamper-proof documents, with a binding capacity of up to 750 Sheets.
Excellent for legal briefs, transcripts, financial reports, and more. This secure sleek document is easy to mail and easy to file.
A simple de-binding tool is included for quick updating or destroying of documents.

Thermoplastic Binding
Create professional looking and tailored sales proposals and quotes with our expess thermoplastic binding system.
This system enables you to turn loose papers into perfect bound books in 30 seconds, without the need of staples, clips, fasteners or punching the paper.
Using pre-scored wrap-around covers, the sheets are then inserted into the polycoat cover and placed into the machine. The machine heats the thermoplastic within the cover and welds the pages into the document.
Express binding of several documents:
This is our most flexible binding system for quick assembly of multiple documents. You can bind several documents simultaneously in the same time it takes to bind a single document. Just 30 seconds.

Coil binding
Coil binding is innovative and stylish and will enhance the look of any document.
A relative "new comer" to the European market but with established market in the USA, it is growing in popularity with multi-nationals from accross the Atlantic.
This system is great for documents that must be sent through the post as the coil element "bounces back" to it's original shape if compressed.
Coil binding is ideal for small capacity binding up to 50 sheets.

Click Binding
Excellent presentations can be created quickly using our enviornmentally friendly Click-bind system.
The ideal express document creation system the click-bind can be used in conjunction with pre-punched 3:1 wire binding systems or as a stand alone system.
Simply punch the pages and insert the "click-bind comb" into the pre-punched comb. Then run the neat little "Clicker-Zip" down your document to seal the bind. Your document is now professionally bound and can be easily edited upon demand.
Documents can be opened and closed easily allowing you to amend and update them quickly and easily, as often as you like.

LAMINATION
Enhance preserve and permanently protect your documents by heat bonding a flexible transparent film onto both sides of your printed material.
Lamination can be used to encapsulate any type of printed material from an ID Card to A2 size posters.
Lamination highlights the colours in your documents and seals them in a “water-tight” plastic envelope. Lamination extends the life of your documents will be preserved and protected to ensure maximum clarity. Choose from A3 pouch laminators to 1400mm Roll laminators.
